Order Processing Times
Orders will be couriered domestically by NZ Post to valid New Zealand addresses.
The processing time for orders is generally 1-2 business days after payment has been received.
Orders received before 12pm from Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 12pm, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery Rates
The total delivery fees for your order will be calculated and shown during the checkout process.

Once your order has been processed, you can expect delivery within a time frame of 1-7 business days. Please allow up to 3 extra days for rural deliveries.
The estimated delivery time serves as a guideline and is subject to change. Should there be a delay in the delivery of your order, you will be informed promptly with an updated estimation of the arrival time.
We reserve the right to amend any order in situations where an incorrect delivery charge has been applied.
Delivery Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This information can be used to monitor the delivery status of your package directly on the carrier's website.
Delivery Restrictions
The Eastern Field operates exclusively within New Zealand and does not offer international shipping.
Orders can only be delivered to valid NZ addresses and cannot be sent to PO Boxes.
Damages and Losses
In the event that your product does not arrive, arrives damaged, or does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
If you receive a damaged item or are dissatisfied with a product, you may be entitled to return it for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection and approval by The Eastern Field.
To be eligible for a refund, customers must return the unsatisfactory product within 7 days of the purchase date.
